Job summary

Canteen North America is hiring immediately for a full-time Service Technician at our Garner, NC location. The role involves repairing and maintaining vending machines and assisting in installations. You will be dispatched to service calls and work with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with hours that may vary and on-call duties as needed. Training is provided and compensation is $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, maintains and assists in the installation of vending machines and equipment.
• Responds to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company-owned vehicle.
• Calls on existing customers to determine adequacy of service; listens to and resolves service complaints.
• Inspects parts to detect wear, misalignment or other problems; removes and replaces worn or defective parts; repairs broken parts; tests machine operation following repair.
• Prepares machines for installation at accounts; assists in installations and removals.
