You will respond to dispatches, inspect and replace worn parts, manage parts inventory, and assist with installations. Training is available to new hires, and the company emphasizes a collaborative, customer-focused work environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company-owned vehicle.
• Calls on existing customers to determine adequacy of service; listens to and resolves service complaints.
• Inspects parts to detect wear, misalignment or other problems; removes and replaces worn or defective parts; tests machine operation following repair.
• Prepares machines for installation at accounts; assists in installations and removals.
