Corporate Dining Concepts in Madison, AL is seeking a Vending Machine Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair vending machines, micro markets, and office coffee systems at client sites. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 2:00pm, with occasional weekend service as needed.

Pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour based on experience, and benefits include 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe operation of Company Vehicle(s) and comply with policies and DOT regulations.
• Install, configure, and service vending machines, micro market kiosks, and coffee equipment at client locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure machines operate efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vending and coffee systems.
• Service coin mechanisms, bill validators, card readers, and cashless payment systems.
• Respond to service calls and resolve equipment issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation of repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies for service calls.

Vending Machine Maintenance Technician - Madison, AL

MONDAY - FRIDAY (Seldom Weekends when service is needed)

5:30am - 2:00pm

Up to $20.00 Depending on experience

Summary Of Position

We are seeking a Vending & Coffee Equipment Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of vending machines, micro market equipment, and office coffee systems located at client sites. This role is essential to ensuring that equipment operates reliably and that service interruptions are minimized. The technician will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and repair mechanical or electrical components while maintaining the professional appearance and functionality of all machines in the field.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain safe operation and cleanliness of Company Vehicle’s as to comply with our policies/procedures and DOT regulations
• Install, configure, and service vending machines, micro market kiosks, and office coffee equipment at client locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure machines operate efficiently and safely.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vending machines and coffee brewing systems.
• Service and maintain coin mechanisms, bill validators, card readers, and cashless payment systems.
• Troubleshoot product dispensing issues, brewing problems, and equipment malfunctions.
• Assist with new equipment installations, relocations, and equipment upgrades.
• Clean and maintain vending machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and related equipment to ensure proper operation and presentation.
• Respond to service calls and resolve equipment issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies needed to complete service calls.
• Work collaboratively with route drivers, vending managers, and service teams to address equipment performance concerns.
• Follow all company safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and equipment operation standards.
• Perform other various tasks requested by manager or supervisor

Job Requirements/ Qualifications

• Valid Chauffeur License is a MUST
• Have reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Strong organizational skills, client relations, and hands-on leadership
• Possess Excellent customer service skills and show willingness to always please our guests
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a Team
• Professional communication skills, verbal and written
• Paying attention to details and operating with high efficiency
• Able to stand for the entire shift
• Able and willing to lift up to 80lbs (as needed)
