Job summary

American Food & Vending is seeking a Refreshment Mechanic to ensure vending machines and beverage dispensers operate at peak performance. You will order parts, document service activities, and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment in excellent condition.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, the ability to lift 40+ lbs, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site position in New York requires reliable performance and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience with POS or Kiosk preferred.
• Basic knowledge of microprocessors, ICs, robotics, and automated functions.
• Lifting, bending, walking, driving, climbing stairs; able to lift 40+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and install vending machines and beverage dispensers for water and coffee.
• Perform routine checks on motors, keypads, and other equipment to ensure high quality operation.
• Maintain vending inventories, order repair parts and keep service records.
