Job summary

DGI Supply is seeking a Replenishment Driver (Customer Support Coordinator) to replenish vending inventory and service equipment across multiple customer locations. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure machines are in optimal condition for customers.

The role connects customers with sales and service teams, providing weekly stock replenishment and after-hours support as needed. This is a growth-centric position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Experience with AutoCrib, VMI, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Travels to and replenishes inventory at multiple customer locations; performs repairs on vending equipment.
• Organize and pack van with inventory for deliveries and replenishment.
• Load and unload product on DGI vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle is clean; report maintenance issues.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate clearly with internal departments about vending accounts.
• Provide after-hours support for down equipment (<5% of time).
• Perform weekly stock replenishment for assigned accounts.
• Assist APS OPS Tech Support in repairing down systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance weekly at each customer location.
• Support customer requests during visits.
• Monitor reports to take action (Expedite Reports, Cycle Counting, etc.).
• May update machine database with new employees or descriptions.
