Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions seeks an Equipment Delivery Helper in Louisiana (St. Rose) to support the installation and setup of vending machines, micro-market fixtures, and related assets. You will operate a 27-foot truck, perform light maintenance, and ensure installations meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering excellent customer service onsite, with opportunities for career growth within the Maintenance & Equipment Operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Must obtain Class D license.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 for DOT requirements.
• Must be able to obtain DOT Medical Card, TWIC, and plant badging as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and set up Five Star assets (vending machines, micro-market equipment, coolers, kiosks, and related items).
• Safely operate a 27-foot box truck, pallet jacks, and dollies to transport and position equipment.
• Follow DOT safety standards and company vehicle and PPE requirements.
• Ensure installations meet company specifications and are in proper working condition.
• Coordinate with Service Technicians and Maintenance teams to relieve them from installation duties and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting during installation to ensure quality standards.
• Complete work orders accurately and document installations and issues in the system.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies on lifting, securing loads, and equipment handling.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and work areas in clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Provide excellent customer service during onsite visits and uphold the company’s professional image.
