Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for a full-time VENDING ATTENDANT at Roblox, 3150 South Delaware Street, San Mateo, CA 94403. This role provides vending products and services at a single location, including cash handling and maintaining machines.

The schedule is 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with days varying; prior microkitchen, pantry, or warehouse experience is preferred, and training is offered. Competitive benefits are provided to full-time and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Receives deliveries of beverages and snacks for client sites.
• Stocks vending machines and coolers; handles cash and change.

Responsibilities

• Receives delivery of various items, including beverages, snacks and sundries.
• Stocks shelves in vending machines and maintains cleanliness of machines.
• Records transactions on card or electronic device and ensures cash accountability.
• Walks rounds to check stock and assist customers with service issues.
• Prepares order forms for products and promotes new items.

Job Summary

Summary: Provides vending products and services at a single location. Collects money from machines and makes change.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives delivery of various items, including soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items and sundries at customer's place of business.
• Stocks shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers; collects stale, rejected or unsold merchandise; collects money from machines, and refills bill and coin changers.
• Records transactions on appropriate card and/or electronic device.
• Is accountable for cash and product.
• Calls on existing customers to determine adequacy of service.
• Prepares order forms for food and pastry products.
• Informs regular customers of new products or services.
• Listens to and resolves service complaints.Performs routine maintenance on and sanitation of machines; maintains clean storeroom and vending area.
• Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issues sales promotion materials to customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
