Job summary

Infor is seeking a Velocity Suite - FDE Product Manager for the Manufacturing Industries in Atlanta. The role drives adoption of Velocity Suite technologies across industrial manufacturing customers, including CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise and LN-based solutions.

You will partner with customers, Application Product Managers, and engineering to identify, validate, and deploy AI-enabled use cases, while defining requirements and measuring business outcomes through adoption of Velocity Suite

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or customer-facing technical roles in enterprise software.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into software or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience working with industrial manufacturing, ERP, or LN-based processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (PM, Eng, Services, Customer Success, Partners).

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize customer use cases for Velocity Suite technologies (Process Mining, Value+, Generative AI).
• Conduct customer discovery to capture requirements, document processes, and identify automation opportunities.
• Align use cases with product roadmap priorities and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, partners, and FDE to prototype, validate, and deploy solutions at customer sites.
• Support adoption activities including requirement definitions, use case validation, demos, and value realization.
• Document requirements, success criteria, and expected outcomes for proposed solutions.
