Job summary

Infor is seeking a Product Manager to drive adoption of Velocity Suite technologies across services industries, including FSM, HCM, WFM, CloudSuite Healthcare and Public Sector solutions. You will partner with customers, Application Product Managers, partners, and engineering to identify, validate, and deploy high-value use cases using Process Mining, Value+ solutions, and Generative AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical roles in enterprise software.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into software, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with FSM, HCM, WFM, ERP or related processes.
• Experience collaborating across Product Management, Engineering, Services and Partners.
• Experience supporting customer-facing activities such as workshops and demonstrations.
• Knowledge of Process Mining, automation, AI, ML, or Generative AI.
• Experience documenting use cases and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to travel 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize customer use cases for Velocity Suite technologies.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to gather requirements and current processes.
• Align use cases with product roadmap priorities and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, partners, and FDE resources to prototype and deploy solutions.
• Support customer adoption activities including demonstrations and value realization reviews.
• Document requirements, success criteria, and expected business outcomes.
• Collect feedback and communicate requirements to product and engineering teams.
• Support customer-facing engagements such as workshops and executive briefings.
• Monitor adoption metrics and business value delivered by implementations.
• Contribute to repeatable use-case frameworks and adoption methodologies.
