Job description

Location: Remote

Experience: 3 – 6 Years

Timing: CST

Responsibilities:

  1. Take care of the End-to-End recruitment cycle for US clients.
  2. Understand the requirement and shortlist suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences.
  3. Source & Screen candidates from Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Professional Networking.
  4. Maintain Candidate relations, keeping them updated on the progress of submittals made.
  5. Schedule Interviews with Hiring Manager and close requirements within TAT.

Job Requirements:

  1. We are looking for individuals with a technical bent of mind.
  2. Well versed with various visas (H1, OPT, EAD, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  3. Initial negotiation of salary/rate/hour aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with US Citizens, GC, EAD, H1B, etc.
  4. Proven success in a very fast-paced team environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as listening skills.
  6. Work experience in telecom technology hiring will be an added advantage.
