Job summary

LEHR is seeking Preppers/Sub Assemblers to join our Nashville team. The ideal candidate works well on a team, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Preppers collaborate with technicians to support production flow and ensure timely assembly of vehicle upfits.

Full-time, non-exempt, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing training for career growth. Four 10-hour shifts on-site in Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with vehicle parts and accessories is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and follow safety procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete prep tasks assigned by Prep Lead.
• Assist with staging and organizing products.
• Organize tools and prep area.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
• Support high priority on production critical prep work.
• Support rework or corrections identified during QC.
• Gather product and materials for upcoming vehicles.
• Communicate issues and missing components with Prep Lead.
