Position Overview

Cumulus Media - Indianapolis seeks a highly motivated and qualified applicant to fill the unique position of Vehicle Transporter/Driver. This position is responsible for vehicle delivery and returning vehicles to Cumulus Media locations and remote broadcast locations. Primarily, this position moves our large truck/trailer that is up to 33' in length and a gross vehicle weight of 20,700lbs.

This is an on-call/part-time truck driving position that is perfect for licensed drivers seeking supplemental income and looking to work anywhere from 0 to 25 hours a week based on business needs.

This position requires the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• An Indiana for Hire Endorsement license required or obtained. CDL drivers preferred but not required.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule and work at the specific locations required

The employee is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs.
• The employee must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear trailer/cargo area.

Pay Range

USD $15.00 - USD $15.00 /Hr.
