DealerFLEX is seeking a dependable Dealership Customer Shuttle Driver in Alpharetta, GA to transport vehicles between the dealership, customers, and designated locations. Drive safely and maintain professional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities include coordinating with service managers, verifying paperwork, keeping delivery logs, and supporting the service department with drop-offs and pickups, while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license held for at least 4 years.
• Clean motor vehicle record meeting insurance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and deliver vehicles to customers, dealerships, and vendors.
• Communicate with the Service Manager and Service Director to coordinate vehicle transport.
• Verify all paperwork, including invoices and payments, for accuracy during each transaction.
• Keep a detailed log of all deliveries and obtain recipient signatures.
• Assist the service department by managing customer vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
• Ensure all driving is conducted in accordance with safety protocols and immediately report any incidents or damage claims.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
