Job summary

Suburban Automotive Services, LLC is seeking a Porter in Warren, MI. You will transport company vehicles to and from local lots and assist with day-to-day operations to support our logistics workflow.

The role requires a valid Chauffeur's License with a clean driving record, ability to pass an MVR check, and a minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or GED; background checks and drug screening are required. This position offers steady hours and the opportunity for growth within the SAS team.

Qualifications

• Valid Chauffeur's License with an adequate driving record.
• Ability to pass the MVR check.
• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.

Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles to and from local lots.
• Transport disposed vehicles to auction lots.
• Install license plates on vehicles.
• Drop off and pick up dealer repairs.
• Lightly detail and gas up assigned vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle inspections on turned-in vehicles.
• Sweep the yard, and look for cars in the aisle to put in the correct location.
• Do a final inspection to make sure the vehicle is empty and clean for clients’ use.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
