Job summary

Responsibilities include gathering vehicle profile data, assisting office staff, and learning to interpret technical information, all while following safety rules and policies. This role requires a valid driver’s license and frequent travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls or assist office support staff as needed.
• Learn and interpret technical information and relay findings to team.
• Maintain awareness of mechanical repair issues and escalate as needed.
