Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an entry-level Transport/Support Associate to move vehicles, tools, and equipment to required locations and assist the field team. You will communicate with the field team to ensure efficiency and safety, and you may test drive vehicles after repairs and ADAS calibrations.

The role emphasizes a willingness to learn, basic computer skills, customer service, and the ability to work in a shop environment with PPE in varied weather. Extensive travel and standing are expected.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position
• Desire to learn a skilled trade
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds independently
• Requires standing for extended periods and frequent bending, reaching, walking, and stooping
• Extensive travel within assigned area is expected
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles, tools, parts, and equipment to locations
• Communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Test drive vehicles after repair/ADAS calibrations
• Transport customers during repairs as needed
• Perform vehicle cleanup as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by field leadership
