ManTech in Fort Hood, Texas seeks a Trainer and Maintainer Specialist to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide logistics support to multiple families of vehicles on the ALECS program.

The role requires designing and delivering technical training, developing curricula, coordinating classes, and assessing training effectiveness. Travel up to 25% and U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 10 years.
• Army Instructor training or equivalent certification (ABIC/ATRRS/CFD/TRADOC) or civilian certification pre-approved by Government.
• Experience with M1150 ABV and M1074 Joint training scenarios.
• Wrecker instructors require CDL Class A and either Hotel 8 or MOS 3536.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Up to 25% travel required.

• Design and conduct training and development programs to improve performance.
• Develop course curriculum and training modules and instructional materials for technical programs.
• Coordinate class arrangements, conduct training classes, and develop criteria for evaluating training effectiveness.
• Assess training needs to determine material content.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
