Job summary

Carter Myers Automotive’s Colonial Honda division is seeking a Title Clerk to accurately process vehicle titles and DMV documentation in a timely manner. This role supports dealership operations by reviewing title work, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining organized records.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. CMA offers an ESOP, 401(k) with company participation, PTO, and full medical benefits. DMV/title processing experience and CDK familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• CDK experience a plus.
• DMV/title processing experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles and DMV paperwork accurately.
• Review documents for compliance (VIN, liens, odometer, etc.).
• Ensure all paperwork meets state requirements.
• Assist with title audits and reporting.
• Resolve title issues with customers and internal teams.
