Job summary

APPLUS IDIADA in Auburn, WA is seeking a Driver Operator to support data gathering and vehicle testing across North America. The driver will operate vehicles to customer specifications and document observations through our Data Acquisition system.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of licensed driving, a clean record, and familiarity with ADAS features. This 4–5 month project offers weekend and shift work with potential for subsequent assignments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must have current Driver's License and a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years.
• Experience working with ADAS features highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out various driving services on vehicles in line with customer specifications.
• Drive and operate vehicles across predefined routes and various terrains and weather conditions.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and post-shift checks.
• Manage data acquisition systems to ensure accurate data retrieval.
• Drive vehicles safely and follow instructions from project manager.
• Perform reporting daily and when required by the program manager.
• Maintain documentation with confidentiality.
• Support data acquisition and tagging of objects, obstacles, and anomalies.
