Job summary

APPLUS IDIADA, a global automotive engineering partner, seeks a Driver Operator to collect data on vehicles across North America and document observations in our Data Acquisition system. The role involves driving various routes, performing pre- and post-shift checks, and ensuring accurate data capture.

You will work in Auburn, WA, with a project duration of 4–5 months and potential follow-on assignments. Safety and precise reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Current driver’s license with at least 3 years of clean driving record.
• Experience working with ADAS features is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out driving services on vehicles per customer specifications.
• Drive and operate vehicles along predefined routes across varied terrain and weather.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections and reporting.
• Operate data acquisition systems to ensure accurate data collection.
• Drive safely and conform to traffic regulations.
• Follow project manager instructions and maintain confidentiality of documentation.
• Assist data acquisition and proper tagging of objects, obstacles, and anomalies.
