Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a System Integration and Test Engineer in Foster City, CA to support vehicle performance and reliability. The role focuses on integration testing across HIL benches and real vehicles, with emphasis on data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

You will document findings using JIRA/Confluence, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to a leading robotics/robotaxi service operation. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in vehicle system development and testing.
• Experience with vehicle electrical architecture and CAN/LIN/Ethernet.
• Hands-on experience with data acquisition tools and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct integration testing at HIL test bench and vehicle levels to characterize system performance.
• Analyze data to identify integration risks and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate milestones.
• Identify potential improvements in system behavior, controls, and diagnostics monitors.
• Create and maintain documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
• Drive issue resolution for complex system integration problems during vehicle testing.
