Road & Rail Services is hiring dependable Vehicle Shuttlers to help move new vehicles safely and efficiently throughout a customer\'s property. This is an active, outdoor position that is well suited for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and being part of a team.
Before moving each vehicle, you will complete a full visual inspection to identify and report any existing damage. Once the vehicle has been cleared for movement, you will drive it along an assigned route to the correct parking or staging area in preparation for shipment.

Complete vehicle inventory and tracking activities as assigned
Operate both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required
Assist with tag-and-rinse or vehicle-wash operations at applicable locations
Maintain clean and orderly work areas
Perform additional housekeeping or operational duties assigned by site management
Maintain dependable attendance and report to work on time
Work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed to meet operational and shipping demands
This position is performed primarily outdoors in changing weather conditions. Employees may be exposed to heat, cold, rain, dust, noise, water vapor, and condensation.
Vehicle Shuttlers must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. The job also involves frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and entering and exiting vehicles and shuttle vans throughout the shift. Employees must be able to wear all assigned personal protective equipment correctly.
