What We’re Looking For:

Recent or current experience as an Automotive Service Technician, Production Technician, or Flat-Rate Technician

Ford or Lincoln experience preferred but not mandatory; ASE certifications considered an asset

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical capability to routinely lift 50 lbs.

High school diploma or GED

Strong professional references and ability to successfully pass a background check
