Ryder System, Inc. in Hillard, OH is seeking a Vehicle Sales Representative (VSR) to be the frontline sales agent for vehicle sales, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management to meet targets and deliver outstanding service.

The role requires strong customer focus, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while representing Ryder’s values and providing support for ancillary products like financing and extended warranties. Onsite schedule is M-F 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in sales and/or customer service experience, required.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet Advanced.

Responsibilities

• Frontline Sales Agent for Vehicle Sales, in person, online and via phone.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and maintain lead trackers for sales.
• Handle administrative tasks such as licensing, titling and sale documents.
• Support vehicle finance and extended warranty discussions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support site marketing initiatives.
