Qualifications

  • Previous dealership experience is a huge plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be 100% certified on all Ford and Lincoln products in the 1st 90 days of employment.
  • Have a standard of excellence in all you do, for your customers and teammates.
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by learning about your buyer’s wants and needs, and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Build strong rapport with customers.
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Bring your “A game” along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
  • Be here each day for sales meetings and briefings, and apply your knowledge.
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure customers feel “The Hometown Service” motto we pride ourselves on.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous dealership experience is a huge plus but not required
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Be outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing
  • Have quality customer service skills
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Must have a clean record and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year

Experience:

  • Dealership Experience or Sales Experience : At least 1 year (Highly Preferred)
