Job Summary:

Balance Staffing is seeking a Vehicle Operator to support day-to-day driving operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing vehicle performance during trips, ensuring a safe, comfortable experience for passengers, and taking control of the vehicle whenever needed. This position does not require technical expertise—only strong situational awareness, attention to safety, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remain attentive throughout each ride and respond quickly to any issues.
• Take full control of the vehicle when conditions require driver involvement.
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude while interacting with passengers.
• Oversee vehicle behavior and performance during assigned routes to ensure safety and reliability.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
