Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a full-time Remarketing Inventory Coordinator in St. Louis to move and position vehicles for servicing, transport, and rental. The role emphasizes organization, independent work, and strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Outdoor work is a part of the shift, and the team operates on a 40-hour schedule. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing sales-support and inventory-control duties, and committed to customer-focused service while

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Receive cars from rental branches.
• Check units for damages and post photos for sales team.
• Organize new car stock for delivery to rental branches.
• Control parking of deletes and maintain inventory order.
• Coordinate with driver teams for efficient vehicle movement on/off site.
• Minimal data entry to tag vehicles as checked in.
• Organize parking lots and inventory and perform inventory reconciliation.
• Track outgoing inventory and coordinate with transport drivers.
• May assist with cleaning vehicles and removing wrappings from new stock.
• Must have PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and follow duties as assigned.
