Red Rock Reconditioning Center in Williston, ND is seeking a full-time Reconditioning Tech to join our family-oriented team. The role involves active work on vehicles, interior and exterior cleaning, detailing, and timely completion of tasks.

You will contribute to a fast-paced, upbeat shop environment and support ongoing training to ensure high-quality results. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and pass safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pay attention to detail.
• Capable of following instructions and taking direction.
• Provide excellent service.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work in various weather conditions.
• Experience in automotive detailing or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry multiple vehicles daily.
• Clean and revitalize vehicles back to near-new condition within timelines.
• Detail interiors and exteriors including vacuuming, washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing surfaces.
• Perform detailing services such as buffing and protective coatings.
• Master products, services, and company knowledge.
• Inspect the finished product.
• Empty trash, sweep and clean floors.
• Assist in snow removal from vehicles or walkways.
• Complete initial training successfully.
