Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in automotive detailing preferred.
• Able to stand and work for long periods in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry multiple vehicles daily.
• Clean and revitalize vehicles back to near-new condition within timelines.
• Detail interiors and exteriors including vacuuming, washing, waxing, buffing and polishing.
• Conduct detailing services such as coatings and protective treatments.
• Inspect finished products and ensure quality.
• Assist in snow removal from vehicles or walkways as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Complete training successfully.

Job Description:

Red Rock Reconditioning Center in Williston, ND is looking for a full-time, highly motivated, hardworking individual to join our family-oriented team on our Reconditioning Team. This position requires an individual to be very active, from being on their feet most of the day, to cleaning in tight areas of the interior of vehicles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Washing and drying multiple vehicles daily.
• Clean and revitalize vehicles back to as close to new as possible, within timelines
• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, buffing and polishing surfaces.
• Conduct detailing services such as buffing, interior protection coatings, and applying protective coatings.
• Has the ability to master products, services, and company knowledge
• Inspect the finished product.
• Empty trash cans, sweep floors, clean floors, and other duties as assigned.
• Clean up repair shops, etc.
• Assist in snow removal from vehicles and/or walkway
• Successful completion of initial training

Qualifications:

• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be18 + years and older
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment
• Be able to pay attention to detail
• Be capable of following instructions and taking direction
• Able to provide excellent service
• Able to stand on feet and bend over/up and down during entire shift and be able to lift 50 Lbs
• Ability to understand safety requirements and wear proper safety equipment as needed
• Ability to work in various weather conditions including rain, snow, wind, heat, etc.
• Experience in automotive detailing or similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used in automotive detailing.
• Teamwork approach and positive can-do attitude
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident
• Easily learns and applies new skills
• High sense of urgency, lots of drive and self-motivation
