Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Porter to support our collision and glass services by cleaning customer vehicles before delivery and maintaining a pristine shop and office environment. The role emphasizes attention to detail, safe handling of vehicle parts, and adherence to WOW standards.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED and may have automotive experience. Valid driver\'s license and the ability to multitask are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or older; valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily office and production area housekeeping.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly fashion.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
