Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Porter to support vehicle preparation and shop cleanliness. You will help maintain the appearance of the office and production areas, assist with pre- and post-repair vehicle cleanups, and transport vehicles to sublet locations as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+, a valid driver's license, and attention to detail. Automotive experience is preferred, and safety is a priority in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior including garbage disposal, floors, and countertops.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area including waste disposal, sweeping, and tool organization.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat order (shoveling sidewalks as needed).
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Exterior and interior cleanup after repairs are complete.
• Transport vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
