Gerber Collision & Glass in Ann Arbor is seeking a Porter to support our collision repair team. You will help maintain vehicle cleanliness before delivery and ensure shop and office areas stay neat.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to multitask, and a valid driver’s license. Automotive experience is a plus, and a strong eye for detail is essential. This role offers training and growth opportunities within a leading collision and glass services company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including trash disposal and cleaning.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area, waste disposal, sweeping floors, and organizing tools.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly, including shoveling sidewalks when needed.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Clean interior and exterior of customer vehicles after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
