Job summary

Manheim Dallas-Fort Worth is seeking a photo associate to upload ECR images and ensure high quality photographs. You will use the DQI system to verify accuracy and re-image any substandard shots. If the location has a Photo Booth, you will operate it following SOPs while maintaining a strong safety focus.

Key duties include image verification, image reprocessing, and collaboration with management to support safe, efficient vehicle processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or less than 2 years related work experience.
• Valid driver's license required for surveillance and mobility.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Upload all pictures for electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify image quality and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) website and processes.
• Re-image or request re-imaging for substandard images.
• Process vehicles through the Photo Booth per SOPs if available at location.
• Demonstrate strong safety commitment and participate in safety activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph.

Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.

Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images.

Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if location is so equipped.

Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred, OR less than 2 years of related work experience.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks, manual dexterity.

Preferred

• Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
• 1 year of experience in photography preferred experience in digital and computer processing a plus.
• Certification or education in photography a plus.

Work Environment

Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

7:00AM - 3:30PM
