Job summary

Cox Automotive in Carleton, MI is seeking a Photo Imaging Associate to capture and process electronic images of vehicles. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to operate the Photo Booth if available.

You will upload photos for ECRs, verify quality, maintain familiarity with the DQI website, and re-image substandard shots as needed. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with outdoor weather exposures and safety procedures to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive motions.
• Vision includes close, distance and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Capture and process electronic images of vehicles.
• Upload pictures for ECR and verify quality and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of the DQI website.
• Re-image substandard photos or request re-imaging.
• Process vehicles through the Photo Booth per SOPs.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Capture and process electronic images of vehicles.
• Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph.
• Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
• Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images.
• Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if location is so equipped.
• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Generally, less than 2 years' experience in a related field.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks, manual dexterity.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.

Preferred

• 1 year of experience in photography preferred experience in digital and computer processing a plus.
• Basic computer software skills are preferred.
• Certification or education in photography a plus.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Work Environment

• Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm
