Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. in Illinois seeks a Photography/Imaging assistant to capture and process vehicle images and ensure quality across ECR uploads. You will maintain the DQI knowledge base, re-image substandard shots, and operate the Photo Booth per SOPs where available.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to sit or stand for long periods. Valid driver’s license and safety-conscious performance are essential for this outside position.

Qualifications

• Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
• Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images.
• Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if location is so equipped.
• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred

• 1 year of experience in photography preferred experience in digital and computer processing a plus.
• Basic computer software skills are preferred.
• Certification or education in photography a plus.

Work Environment

• This is an outside position with exposure to the weather elements of Northeast Illinois.

Compensation

USD 16.63 - 24.90 per hour

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $16.63 - $24.90/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits

• Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
• Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
