Cox Automotive Inc. in Ohio is offering an imaging assistant role that involves capturing high-quality exterior and interior vehicle photos using Samsung S25 Ultra. The job requires driving vehicles through an imaging tunnel and photo booth, following SOPs, and re-imaging substandard shots.

A valid driver’s license and a short experience window are typical expectations. Work is outside and exposes you to Ohio weather; compensation includes hourly pay with potential bonuses and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred.
• Ability to inspect vehicles from various positions and spaces.

Responsibilities

• Capture and upload exterior and interior vehicle images with Samsung S25 Ultra before and after detailing.
• Drive vehicles through Fixed Imaging Tunnel to capture exterior images.
• Take photos inside the Photo Booth following SOPs.
• Re-image any substandard photos to meet standards.
• Jump-start vehicles with provided equipment.
• Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety procedures and supporting Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Drive vehicles through our Fixed Imaging Tunnel to capture exterior images.
• Capture images of vehicles inside the Photo Booth following standard operating procedures.
• Re-imaging of any substandard images.
• Jump-start vehicles with provided equipment.
• Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Minimum

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Generally, less than 2 years' experience in a related field.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Ability to inspect vehicles from various positions, including underneath and within confined spaces.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, or kneel.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance, color vision, and depth perception.

Work Environment

• This is an outside position with exposure to the weather elements of Ohio.

USD 15.10 - 22.69 per hour

Compensation

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
