Job summary

Cox Automotive in Aurora, CO seeks a photo imaging technician to capture and process vehicle images. You will upload ECR photos and verify quality, maintain DQI knowledge, and request re-imaging for substandard shots. The role may involve outdoor work and following SOPs where available.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with repetitive tasks. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Capture and process electronic images of vehicles.
• Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph.
• Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
• Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images.
• Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if location is so equipped.
• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred, OR less than 2 years of related work experience.

Preferred:

• 1 year of experience in photography preferred experience in digital and computer processing a plus.
• Basic computer software skills are preferred.
• Certification or education in photography a plus.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8:00am-4:30pm), Wednesday (7:00am-3:30pm)

Work Environment

• Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

USD 16.63 - 24.90 per hour

Compensation

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $16.63 - $24.90/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
