Qualifications

• Active Level II Non-commissioned Security License
• Active Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
• Experience in gated residential communities is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols throughout a gated residential community
• Monitor resident and visitor traffic entering the property
• Verify guest access and assist visitors with directions as needed
• Respond to resident complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity
• Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
• Conduct perimeter checks of community amenities, parking areas, and common spaces
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence

Pay: $17/hr

Location: Houston, TX 77019

Schedule: Full-Time, Split Schedule, 32 hours/week

• Friday : 2:00PM - 10:00PM
• Saturday: 2:00PM - 10:00PM
• Sunday: 10:00PM - 6:00AM
• Monday:10:00PM - 6:00AM

City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Security Officer to provide security services within an upscale gated residential community. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor resident and visitor activity, verify guest access, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.
