Job summary

ALTEN Mexico is seeking a CAD Packaging Architect to lead vehicle packaging and system integration from concept through production. You will guide cross-functional teams and translate strategic goals into technical requirements to deliver optimal designs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in vehicle engineering (Body-in-White, electrical, interior, powertrain, engine or chassis) and strong proficiency in TeamCenter, NX CAD Software and Vis Mockup, plus English proficiency (B2–C1).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or MBA.
• 5+ years of vehicle engineering experience in Body-in-White, Electrical, Interior, Powertrain, Engine, or Chassis.
• Expertise in TeamCenter, NX CAD Software & Vis Mockup, with skills to manage CAD data structures and create analyses.
• Excellent communication skills to lead cross-regional teams.
• Intermediate-advanced English for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Establishing physical and functional integration of vehicle systems during program planning (concept to approval).
• Translating strategic objectives into technical requirements.
• Create and analyze alternative design concepts and integrate systems and components.
• Present design concepts to management levels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve packaging issues.
