ManpowerGroup client, a leader in autonomous vehicle operations, seeks a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor in Dallas, TX. You will supervise a team, lead AV software/hardware tests, and coordinate daily operations within Fleet Operations.

The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and proactive leadership in a fast-growing field. Ideal candidates bring 12+ months in autonomous vehicle operation with an AVT permit, a clean driving record, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of autonomous vehicle operator experience with an active AVT permit.
• Valid driver's license with at least three consecutive years of driving and no gaps.
• Ability to pass background, MVR and drug screening checks.
• Experience in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an operational improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of vehicle operators to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Lead by example in executing software and hardware tests to high standards.
• Coordinate daily operations with fleet management and other leaders.
• Support vehicle operators with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties.

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle operations, is seeking a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting vehicle testing and deployment teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $36/hr
