Job summary

Ford is seeking a New Model Launch Manager to strategically oversee and direct multiple new vehicle and powertrain model launches across North American plants. You will lead a team of launch supervisors and engineers, aligning cross-functional teams and executive leadership to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality across programs.

You will drive proactive risk management, change control, and production readiness, reporting status and opportunities to VPs while promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in Powertrain/Vehicle Operations manufacturing, design, and/or program management with project/launch experience.
• Experience with Engineering Change Management and Issue Management.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the launch of multiple new vehicle/powertrain models across plants.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing launch team of supervisors and engineers.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with executives to implement launch processes and standards.
