An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Agile Release Train Lead to drive innovation and agile practices within their Vehicle Mechatronic Embedded Controls team. Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to their primary location (Milford, MI) three times per week, at minimum.
The Role
The Agile Release Train (ART) Lead is a servant leader and coach for the ART. The ART Lead’s major responsibilities are to facilitate ART coordination events, processes and assisting the agile teams in delivering value. ART Leads communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage dependencies and risks.

As an ART Lead, you will have the opportunity to support your Agile Teams by providing coaching and guidance. You will be expected to lead by example, challenge the status quo and promote an environment of continuous improvement, experimentation and innovation. With your excellent listening skills, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills you will help VMEC continue to implement work methods required to advance an agile software development team.
