Job summary

The Young Automotive Group is hiring a Lot Technician to maintain our vehicle inventory and keep the lot organized. You will assist with deliveries, support both sales and service teams, and help ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Paid training and a family-friendly, growth-oriented culture accompany full-time positions with solid benefits. A valid driver's license and a clean record are required.

Qualifications

• History of excellent attendance and work performance.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence and memos.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Keeps new/used vehicle lots neat and orderly.
• Moves cars as directed by Managers per dealership standards.
• Assists with cleaning the shop and supports service and sales teams.
• Picks up and delivers vehicles to customers and off-site sales as directed by management.
• Assists with other tasks on a Group level as instructed by your manager.
