Job summary

Young Automotive Group in Utah is hiring a Lot Technician to maintain vehicle inventory, organize the lot, assist with deliveries, and support sales and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

No prior dealership experience required; paid training and ongoing support are provided. This full-time role offers excellent benefits, including health insurance, 401k, and employee pricing across Young Automotive Group products.

Qualifications

• History of excellent attendance and strong work performance.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Keeps new/used vehicle lots neat and orderly.
• Moves cars as directed by Managers in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Assists with cleaning the shop and supporting the service and sales teams as needed.
• Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers and off-site sales as directed by management.
• Assists with other tasks on a Group level as instructed by your manager.
