Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Lot Attendant to organize and maintain dealership inventory, move vehicles, and support service and sales. You’ll help present the lot, assist with vehicle prep, and ensure operational excellence, reporting any issues as needed.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to support multiple dealership departments. It’s a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting, moving, and staging vehicles across the lot and premises.
• Ensuring the vehicle lot, showroom areas, and service drive are clean and organized.
• Assisting with check-in, visual inspections for damage, and reporting defects.
• Transporting customers, picking up parts, and supporting various departments.
