Job summary

Carvana is seeking entry-level Lot Attendants to keep our vehicles clean and presentable at Market Hubs. You’ll coordinate with teammates to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional customer satisfaction while starting at a competitive hourly rate.

As you progress, there are clear merit opportunities and pay increases based on performance. This role focuses on hands-on vehicle prep, inspections, and teamwork in an outdoor, fast-paced environment with regular attendance expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
• Requires standing for an extended period of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping.
• Requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Requires use of safety equipment that may include face shield, goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask and other PPE.
• Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum all inventory regularly.
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory (fuel level, safety features, drivability, disclosures).
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Communicate with team members and management across lines of business.
