ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a Warehouse/ Lot Driver to support auction activities by moving and staging vehicles on the lot. You will operate vehicles safely, follow alphanumeric order, and help maintain accurate inventory during busy sale days.

Key duties include vehicle staging, yard flow optimization, and basic maintenance tasks such as jump-starting vehicles when needed. A positive, team-oriented mindset and ability to work outdoors in varied weather are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes.
• Automotive or auction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Safe operations: Always operate motor vehicles safely and practice conservative, courteous driving habits.
• Vehicle staging: Support efficient lot flow and ensure vehicles are positioned accurately to meet operational and sale day needs.
• Operational support: Safely move, stage, and park various makes, models, sizes, and conditions of vehicles in designated lot areas throughout the shift.
• Efficiency: Move vehicles from the finish line to designated parking spots using alphanumeric ordering.
• Inventory tracking: Scan parked vehicles in the Internal Tracking system to maintain accurate inventory and record movement.
• Maintenance: Jump-start vehicles using a battery box as required.
• Safety compliance: Maintain work areas to ensure a safe environment and promptly notify managers of all driving-related incidents or potential hazards.
• Policy adherence: Follow company procedures involving accidents, injuries, or property damage, and ensure all state or federal laws are followed.
