Job summary

Findlay Toyota Flagstaff is seeking a dedicated Lot/Showroom Porter to keep our sales lot organized and moving smoothly. You will assist with vehicle displays, deliveries, and inventory management to support the sales team and customers.

The role requires reliability, a valid driver's license, and comfort working outdoors in all weather. We offer paid training, a great team environment, and a path for growth within a fast-growing dealership group.

Qualifications

• Ability to notice and correct details in vehicle displays and prep.

Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles to ensure smooth traffic flow through the sales lot.
• Maintain an orderly parking area, sales lot and vehicle display, car preparation, shop and showroom appearance.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process as first priority, managing delivery board & gas slips.
• Assist with lot + showroom organization & vehicle inventory management.
• Assist with new car check in's & inspections/dealer trade in's.
• Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice.
• Catalogs and stores keys.
• Assigns stock control numbers to cars.
