Luther Automotive Group is seeking a Lot Attendant to help maintain our dealership’s vehicle inventory, lot, and facilities. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining the lot, moving vehicles, and ensuring cleanliness of the lot and service area. Prior dealership experience is a plus, but not required. Offers include comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills.
• Previous dealership, detailing, lot attendant, or automotive experience is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal and seasonal lot maintenance.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly positioned on the lot.
• Keep the dealership lot organized, clean, and free of debris.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy service/shop area.
• Move and park vehicles safely and efficiently throughout the dealership.
• Assist with other general lot and dealership duties as required.
• Operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
