Luther Automotive Group is seeking a proactive Lot Attendant to maintain vehicle inventory, lot, and facilities at our Minnesota dealership. The role emphasizes a clean, organized lot, safe vehicle movement, and seasonal maintenance in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions, with a valid driver's license and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, professional appearance.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather.
• Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills.
• Dealership/automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal and seasonal lot maintenance.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly positioned on the lot.
• Keep the dealership lot organized, clean, and free of debris.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy service/shop area.
• Move and park vehicles safely and efficiently throughout the dealership.
• Assist with other general lot and dealership duties as required.
• Operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.

Lot Attendant

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to help maintain our dealership’s vehicle inventory, lot, and facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
